Adventure Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that participation in travel, adventure activities, and excursions organized by the Travelers Club (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”) inherently involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

• Accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during travel, adventure sports, or outdoor activities.
• Risks associated with transportation, accommodations, weather conditions, wildlife, or environmental factors.
• Exposure to unfamiliar or challenging circumstances, including but not limited to language barriers, political or social unrest, or natural disasters.

I voluntarily elect to participate in these activities and fully accept and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death, as well as any damage to my personal property that may arise as a result of my participation.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the aforementioned activities, I hereby agree as follows:

• I release, waive, and discharge the Club, including its officers, organizers, leaders, agents, and fellow members (collectively referred to as “the Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising out of or related to my participation in the Club’s activities.
• I agree not to hold the Released Parties liable for any injuries, accidents, delays, cancellations, or alterations to plans that may occur as a result of my participation in any trip or adventure.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, or costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that may arise from my participation in the Club’s events, including any claims made against the Released Parties due to my actions.

I acknowledge and agree that it is my sole responsibility to:

• Obtain and maintain my own travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, personal injury, and property loss.
• Possess all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) and vaccinations required for the trip.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations during the trip and respect the customs and traditions of the host country.
• Ensure that I am physically and medically fit to participate in any activities that may involve physical exertion.

I acknowledge that the Club is not responsible for providing medical care or advice during any event or trip.

In the event of an emergency where I am unable to make decisions, I hereby authorize the Club or its designated representative to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I release the Released Parties from any liability in connection with such treatment and agree to assume responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

I hereby grant the Club permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during Club activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and websites. I waive any rights to royalties or compensation for such use.

I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. I voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions herein, understanding that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to bring a lawsuit against the Released Parties.
