This is to ensure smooth transactions and clear expectations.

Payment Policy:

Deposit Requirement: Travelers are required to make a non-refundable deposit upon booking a trip. 25% Deposit 60 days before any local trip and 50% Deposit 90 days before an international trip. This secures their spot on the trip and covers initial costs like reservations and administrative fees.
  2. Payment Schedule: Installment payment plans are allowed and the Traveler is required to pay the full balance 14 days before a local trip and 30 Days before an International trip. Before departure all payments must have been cleared by the traveler. Failing to complete the payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
  3. Payment Methods: Bank deposit/transfers (Highly recommended), Mobile Money and Cash are accepted.

Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation Refunds:
    • Full Refund: Refunds will be made depending on the timing of the cancellation,
      – Full refunds if the cancellation occurs within a 21days after booking of an international trip and 14 days after booking of a local trip.
    • Partial Refund: After the initial grace period, partial refunds may be available. The amount refunded depends on how close the cancellation is to the departure date, with larger penalties the closer it is to the trip.
      • 30+ days before: 50–70% refund. For Local Trips and 60+ Days for international trips.
      • Less than 30 days for Local Trips and Less than 60 Days for International trips: little to no refund, as costs have already been incurred for bookings, transportation, etc.
  2. Non-refundable Fees: Some components of the trip, like airline tickets, accommodation deposits, or administrative fees, are often non-refundable.
  3. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events like natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability, some travel clubs may offer a full refund or trip credit for future travel, depending on the situation and their specific terms.
  4. Trip Insurance: We advise Travelers to acquire trip insurance, which can cover unexpected cancellations due to personal emergencies, health issues, or other circumstances.
